Every year Kimon Georgiou takes many opportunities to speak about Gastronomy, its history and culture. He also takes the opportunity to run numerous workshops combining the social aspect of Gastronomy with Cooking. To speak about the History and the Sociology of Gastronomy is Kimon’s desire, to speak about the Gastronomy of the poor and the rich, the contradictions permeating societies and the need of man to fill his stomach with food, all that has been his passion for many years.
Kimon has spent more than 22 years sharing his work with people around the world. During these years he has inspired a great number of people and has passed his different views on Gastronomy on to them.
